#1 REASON MOST DENTISTS ACCEPT A JOB:
1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
Most Doctors spend so much energy and time finding the right city, to start their career that often times they forget how important these first few years are in setting the foundation for the rest of your career. Often times, because how important it is to be in a large city, doctors will spend the first 3-5 years of their career bouncing one place to another looking for a better organization. We are looking for those dentists that truly understand the importance of Growth, Mentoring/Development, and Community over just finding any job in a large city. If this sounds like you, give us a call NOW.
General Dentist Career Opportunity:
Every day at Rodeo is a chance to mix energy, imagination, and passion into a one-of-a-kind experience that transforms lives. At Rodeo, we’re in the Art and Entertainment business. We just happen to be dentists. Award-winning, fun, and compassionate dentists that have the autonomy for treatment planning, as well as keeping up with an unprecedented patient flow. If you have a positive outlook on life and are at the top of your game, the Rodeo Team is actively recruiting the best minds and talent in the industry. Bring us your smile DNA and BIG personality!
Rodeo fuels its brand reputation by providing a high-end Patient Experience.
