UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry will be closed Monday, Dec. 23, through Wednesday, Jan. 1, in observance of winter break.

The School of Dentistry will reopen Thursday, Jan. 2, and clinical operations resume Monday, Jan. 6. The Urgent Care Clinic will reopen by appointment only.

Description:

This is the second articulator for which Matthew Kerr received a patent, the first being in 1902 . Its features include a posterior vertical stop pin, a hinge and pin mechanism with short condylar slots for lateral movement, and dual springs for holding centric position. The lower member is adjustable in an A-P direction. This articulator was featured in "The Ney Technician", by George L. Roth. This was a series of six monographs published by The J.M. Ney Company (1924-1926).
