• DDS or DMD
• New Grads OR Associates w/ Experience welcome as we have a Dr. in practice that can mentor to whatever degree the Associate would like.

• 50% of benefits paid for Provider
• $5,000 sign on bonus
• $650 minimum daily guarantee or 32-34% of production.
• $1,000 CE Reimbursement

Private practice working alongside a well experienced and awesome Dr. that can help mentor, if needed. We are looking for an equally awesome associate to come in immediately and have a busy schedule.
