Ora-Dent Dental has been a private practice since 1996. The owner is looking for an associate to take over the practice within 3 to 5 years, after sufficient mentoring in general restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant placement and /or restoration, oral surgery, orthodontics and business management and administration. This practice has had production as high as $3.5 million per year, prior to Dr.'s physical limitation onset in 2016. The production over the last few years has been around $1.2 million with no advertising. For a number of years, the practice has enjoyed referrals by \ as the main source of new patients. There is an opportunity for growth for a recently graduated hygienist. Our practice hopes that the addition to the team will increase the production to over $2.5 million per year within a 2-year timeframe. Ora-Dent Dental has also had an estimated 55% overhead since 2016.
