Dr. Chiquet is an associate professor of pediatric dentistry. He joined the UTHealth School of Dentistry Department of Pediatric Dentistry in August 2013, and directs a diagnosis and treatment planning course with the second-year dental students. He also covers clinic with the Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry residents.
Dr. Chiquet is a research coordinator in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. His research interests center around a multidisciplinary approach to understanding and treating cleft lip and palate. He is very involved with resident research projects that focus on topics central to pediatric dentistry, including sedation and behavior management.
