Dr. Christopher Lugo owns Puget Sound Pediatric Dentistry in Snohomish County, Wash. His five locations employ seven pediatric dentists, one orthodontist, an oral surgeon, and 56 staff. He has been in private practice for 22 years and recently started a shared service organization, Dynamic Dental Management, which he still runs.
He has developed a culture of “progressive sustainability” that focuses on the practicing pediatric dentists’ emotional and physical health while concurrently driving profitability.
In 2021, Dr. Lugo moved to Houston to be closer to family, high humidity, and delicious BBQ. He joined the faculty of UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry in 2022 and is looking to expand his practice footprint to Texas. He will finish his MBA from Northwestern in December of 2023 and looks forward to adding more initials after his name after he is done with school.
