Amy L. Ridall, DDS, MS, PhD, is a assistant professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics and serves as UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry's director of implant dentistry.
As director of implant dentistry, she develops the didactic and clinical components of the undergraduate and advanced education programs. Dr. Ridall also chairs the Implant Board which oversees graduate and undergraduate implant cases.
Dr. Ridall earned a DDS and a master's degree in oral biology from SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, as well as a PhD in biomedical science from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Houston Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. She also completed a certificate program in prosthodontics from UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry.
Dr. Ridall presents nationally and internationally on implant treatment modalities as a faculty member of the ZimVie Institute.
