Sarah Flores-Lewis serves as the student and alumni relations coordinator in the PACE Center at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry. In her role, she focuses on building relationships with students and alumni through working with student organizations and participation at events. In addition, Flores-Lewis supports the PACE Practice Consultants.
Flores-Lewis joined UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry in September 2023 after previous stops in higher education at Houston Baptist University, and, most recently, the University of Houston.
She brings years of experience in event management and logistics at higher education programs. Prior to the School of Dentistry, Flores-Lewis worked in event operations within the Division of Student Affairs at Houston and alumni relations and event management at HBU (now Houston Christian University).
Flores-Lewis is an active member of the Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education, a professional organization dedicated to the improvement and advancement of education and employment opportunities for Latinos/Hispanics/Chicanos, but open to all backgrounds regardless of race or studies within higher education.
In her personal time, Flores-Lewis likes to bake new breads, puzzle, and spend time with her husband, Henry, and cat, Zoe.
