UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 24, through Friday, Jan. 2, in observance of winter break. The School of Dentistry will reopen Monday, Jan. 5, and clinical operations will resume that afternoon. The Urgent Care Clinic is by appointment only.

Class of 2024 graduates reflect on years of dental school

Attending dental school can bring highs and lows throughout the trials of vigorous studies and long clinical hours. However, with each passing moment, students are able to develop close connections with others and create lifelong memories in the pursuit of becoming a health care professional.

Before the spring commencement ceremony last May, some members of the Class of 2024 took some time to thank individuals and reflect on their time spent at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry to commemorate their achievements and celebrate their special day.

In the following videos, several recent School of Dentistry alumni from various different programs share some of their favorite memories, professors, and their hopes for their new dental career.
