Qualifications
- Current Dental Hygienist license, required.
- Training received must include coursework on radiation physics, biology, health, safety/protection, X-ray films/digital radiography, image quality, and radiographic techniques.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the last two years is required
- Current BLS certification, required.
Benefits
- Health & Welfare $5.09/hr. paid out.
- If working 30+ hours per week for at least three months, the worker is eligible the first day of the month after one month of service; otherwise, not immediately eligible.
- Bonus Eligibility Notes PTO Eligibility Notes 3.08 PTO Accrued per 80 hours paid equivalent to two weeks for new hires.
- Two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after 10 years, and four after 20 years.
- 11 Paid Federal Holidays per year.
- Paid Out for Part Time and Temporary.
- Other Eligibility Notes 1 hour Paid Sick Leave accrued for every 30 hours worked, up to 56 hours annually.
