Endodontics Research

The Department of Endodontics is dedicated to advancing the scientific foundation of the specialty and improving patient outcomes. Faculty and residents actively engage in basic, translational, and clinical research examining the biology of the dental pulp and periradicular tissues, innovative diagnostic methods, treatment strategies, and the development of new biomaterials and technologies.

Research is integrated into the residency program, encouraging residents to contribute to projects that foster critical thinking and expand the evidence base of the specialty. Collaborations with other departments, institutions, and industry partners further broaden the reach and impact of this work.
